- • Make sure everything is spelled correctly. One typo can cause PayPal to block the transaction.

You will receive a delivery note with every order. This has our return address and a returns slip at the bottom for you to fill out. Once completed, please include this in your return package to help us improve the time it takes to process your return. We will inform you as soon as your item has been returned to us and your exchange/replacement/refund is being processed.
When a return is authorised and you are sending any item back please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning e.g. recorded delivery through Royal Mail.
Returns costs will be covered for any items that are faulty or damaged that have been authorised for return.
We are happy to exchange unwanted items or items that do not fit, the cost of return is not covered in these circumstances.
